Have you ever wanted to bake a delicious treat but always felt it will end up being inedible? Well, you can join and bake along with me as I share with you a delicious yet healthy diet cookie recipe and also a couple baking tips to help you up your baking game.
The ingredients required are as follows:
- Whole Wheat flour (Atta) - 1 Cup
- Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Ghee/Oil/Butter (salted or unsalted)- 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla Extract (optional) - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon/ Cinnamon Powder ( Daalcheeni)- 1 tsp
- Baking Powder- 1 tsp
- Muesli or oats + chopped almonds + (raisins - optional) - 1 Cup or 100 gms+20 gms
- One egg
- Pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate chips (optional) - 1/4 Cup
