I know it's been lazy for the past few months so how about spending an hour challenging your stamina and dance it out while learning some Kickboxing techniques and grooving on Zumba Beats. I am mixing both my favorite things together to bring an ultimate challenging yet groovy session for you all. It will be a 40 minutes non-stop session with a proper cool down. And yes we all are here to know each other so we will spend the rest of the time on that. Sounds fun, right?
