And that's where meditative sessions come in. So, join me in this wellness session wherein we'll practice some meditative exercises that can help you to feel present in the moment, practice mindfulness, and work on centering your selves and your emotions. Let's practice mindfulness and dedicate a certain amount of time that will help you to feel calm and better able to cope with your day.
