Hi guys! I am hosting a yoga session for all you guys out there. This is the perfect class for beginner students who want to learn the fundamental poses in yoga, as well as seasoned students, who are looking for a more gentle practice. In this non-heated class, we will move in and out of poses slowly, with a strong focus on safe alignment, and breath. It’s time to roll out your yoga mat and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practitioners around the globe.
